  1. Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil to a pan and add to it a chopped onion and 1 minced clove of garlic, 3 chopped sundried tomatoes and 60 ml (1/4 cup) of fresh herbs to taste (parsley, oregano, basil, etc.)
  2. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Place 1 slice of Swiss Raclette cheese and 1 slice of tomato in each raclette pan (8 raclette pans total).
  4. Garnish with the onion mixture and a small slice of Raclette cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the raclette oven and enjoy !
